About the Artist

Born in Guadalajara, Blanca Pulido comes from a culture of graphic design. Going through the School of Fine Arts in Guadalajara, in Mexico, her academic and artistic training is enriched with a master's degree in plastic arts at the Sorbonne University in Paris. 

Her artistic practice revolves around the expression of shapes and colors. 
On the one hand, the search for the representation of death drawn with lead leads and graphite pencils. And on the other hand, she seeks to link banal and important moments as the investment of our own daily life. 

The media most used by her are painting, drawing or engraving. Today, plants, animals and children build an ordinary image of their daily lives. Thus preserving an artistic and singular look. 

Blanca Pulido lives and works in Rennes, France. Her workshop is located in the St-Hélier neighborhood and she has exhibited in both France and Mexico.
